Singer-Songwriter and Electronic music producer. To many that might sound like two very different aspects of modern sound culture – which in turn makes Monolink a fascinating character, because he’s both rolled into one. His style seamlessly connects the narrative structure of a song with the compelling forward thrust of electronic rhythms. Guitar chords merge into synthetic pad sounds, hypnotic bass vibrations meet emotional vocal parts, passionate physicality meets sublime stimulation for the mind.

Patricio’s infectious energy pours out through his music as he lights up the dancefloor when he takes over the helm. As the curator of the Favela stage at Lightning in a Bottle, Patricio knows how important it is not to lose sight of the intimate environments and experiences, as well as the choice of dedicated music makers and selectors.
Patricio has been forging a style of his own since the first time he stepped behind the turntables in 1992. Sharpening his skills spinning vinyl at small clubs in LA, Patricio’s experience in the early 90’s behind the decks converted into a profound knowledge of what people want on the dance floor. Drawing on the passion and soul instilled in him growing up in Buenos Aires, Argentina, he has broken out of the invisible confines of genres.

Shawni has been gaining attention in the dance scene as a vocalist, since her release with Culprit “Calling for You”. As a music lover with a delicate and refined taste she followed her instinct to become a DJ herself. Shawni has a style of her own; a feminine touch, tribal, deep and melodious, she has a way of keeping dancers engaged through a well thought out journey.

For Davoid, music is symbiotic with life. It is a mirror reflection of human existence in another form. It is a vast ocean of experience that can be harnessed and tuned to perfection, and in turn, can bring us to new highs and states of existence. It is medicine. It is love. It is all that is and all that ever was.
Davoid’s intention is to heal, feel, and dance through the music of others and his own original productions, which span across many genres and styles: each track represents aspects and archetypes discovered through his human experience on the road to One. Attempting to bind himself with art, he utilizes alchemical processes so that his artwork can be felt on a level that strikes the depths of the soul. We all share the same heart, and Davoid’s goal is to bring us into that experience.
